Rooted is more than just stability; it is the courageous work of descending into the dark, fertile ground of trauma, identity, grief, and loss. It is the necessary act of planting yourself so deeply that you can withstand any storm, knowing that true growth can only emerge from this profound foundation.

Soma refers to the "Me, the bodily being"-your living, dynamic, present-moment anchor. Unlike traditions that separate the mind and body, our work centers the body as the home of your history and the primary source of your healing. We believe the body holds a profound wisdom, and through it, you can find a path to liberation.

As a Collective, we believe this journey is a shared one, not only for our clients but for our clinicians and counselors, too. We are a collective dedicated to embodied healing and collective liberation, and we believe that true well-being must be cultivated for everyone.
