Hey, thanks for being here on this vulnerable journey of seeking support. Perhaps you're feeling pulled in many directions and unsure of what's next. I invite you to pause, breathe, and ask: what would it feel like to come home to my Self? To occupy the body fully, integrate wisdom, connect with your own life force, and trust your inner guiding voice. As a queer, sex-positive somatic therapist, I hold trauma-informed space to let healing happen and welcome timely humor. My approach blends Western psychology, such as attachment, polyvagal theory, and parts work, with transpersonal modalities inspired by Eastern traditions.
For those interested, this includes incorporating the chakra system, subtle energy through Reiki, or aligning to the natural bodily rhythms to foster integration. I specialize in working with adults and young adults who are queer, trans and/or BIPOC that navigate multidimensional trauma, identity, disordered eating, perfectionism, and cultivating resilience.
Do you long to feel more grounded, whole, and vital? Together, we’ll explore the stories your body and nervous system hold, how old patterns can soften, and the emergent pathways toward safety and security in Self that can take root. If you are called to embark on this journey, please reach out and I will meet you wherever you may be on your path.

I am a white, neuroqueer, spiritual, somatic therapist living in a small body who has navigated impoverished and shifting economic status. My lived experience coinciding with these identities grant me sensitivity, compassion, and the ability to attune with a variety of folks across differences.
By centering the relational experience, I honor how both identities of privilege and oppression emerge in and contribute to connection. I recognize the privilege that comes with living in a white, small body and utilize it by engaging in critical dialogue about racism, anti-blackness and fatphobic biases in personal, professional, and therapeutic relationships.
I discovered my own queerness at a young age while living in a conservative state and religious, dysfunctional home, which informs my understanding of barriers to identity development that many folks in the community face and the strength that is required to step into authentic self acceptance and expression.
Being verbally diagnosed with C-PTSD at age 12 and formally diagnosed with PTSD, I have developed a deep understanding of how surviving trauma impacts all aspects of life, the process of fostering security within, and safety without. As a survivor of narcissistic abuse, I have a unique understanding of how unconscious patterns contribute to reenacting harmful relational dynamics and the intentionality required in repatterning the attachment system. Having late-self realized Autism, further informs my awareness of how the neurodivergent lived experience can go unrecognized with intersecting marginalized identities. This informs my practice by prioritizing an openness to explore nuance in communication, problem solving, and sensorial experience. I’m also living in recovery of orthorexia, which informs my approach via body neutrality, intuitive eating, radical acceptance, and commitment to change. With that being said, I am aware of the experience of living as a high-masking individual with invisible disability.
Having been raised in poverty and dysfunction, I am attuned to the ways that early childhood environments leave a longstanding impact on accessibility to internal and external resources and the challenging, yet rewarding path of integration and healing. My Christian upbringing and subsequent spiritual exploration of my own unique relationship to a higher power shapes my perspective of identity, interconnectivity, and worldview. This informs my approach by holding space for folks who feel called to de-construct beliefs and re-invent their orientation to religion and spirituality.
In our therapeutic relationship, I aim to hold an accountable space where your identities and experiences are accepted and celebrated. I lean into my own fallible humanness and acknowledge the various complexities of the human experience with cultural humility. I am dedicated to maintaining my own growth mindset, which includes ongoing education, self-discovery, and openness to being challenged by all individuals I’m in relationship with.
