I truly value the ways we have learned to respond to difficult experiences and navigate the weight of a world that can force us to shrink, conceal, overextend, or disconnect. Oftentimes, these challenges are adaptive responses to living inside structures that fail to value who we are or remind us of our inherent wholeness. Therapy with me isn't about fixing you because you were never what needed fixing, it's about unlearning what was never yours and reconnecting with what is.
I practice from a decolonized, liberation-based, and anti-oppressive framework, blending different trauma-informed and culturally affirming modalities. While my focus is relational, experiential, and embodied processing, I also use trauma-informed cognitive techniques and narrative healing based on your specific needs.
I decenter myself as the “expert” and lean into curiosity and collaboration - you are the author of your own history, survival, and healing. Pulling techniques depends on where you are in your journey and what aligns with your unique lived experiences. Whether you need a space focused on cognitive skills or embodied emotional exploration - I meet you exactly where you are.
Our therapeutic work together is also rooted in collective liberation, where your individual healing is connected to the healing of your community, your ancestors, and the world around you. I intentionally integrate deconstruction, community care, mutual aid resourcing, and ancestral knowledge as pathways for collective healing.
I strive to cultivate a warm and welcoming space to honor every part of who you have been, who you are, and who you want to be - the psychological, the ancestral, the political, and the collective. All while making real space for joy, rest, creativity, and reclamation.

My professional role reflects the identities, values, and lived experiences that make up who I am as a person. Having an intimate understanding of privilege, marginalization, and oppression deepens my curiosity for the bigger picture of a person's life and analysis of systemic and institutional harm. It also allows me to explore how I can effectively contribute to an inclusive world, and confront my own biases in the therapeutic space and beyond.
Coming from a multiracial and bi-religious SE Asian immigrant and Italian family, my worldview is rooted in navigating complex cultural intersections, systemic exclusion, racial aggressions, and
the joy of community belonging. And as a late identifying neurodivergent and queer non-binary person, I’ve come to know the realities of social alienation and societal expectations for functioning. Additionally, surviving poverty and living daily with multiple chronic illnesses gives me a unique perspective on economic survival under capitalism and navigating systemic medical trauma in an ableist world.
These experiences help me deconstruct racial, heteronormative, and neurotypical binaries that dictate how we "should" relate to ourselves and the world around us. I also acknowledge the power I hold within the therapeutic space through my access to higher education as a credentialed professional, and with the appearance of my light/medium tan skin as it relates to colorism. It’s important for me to convey this understanding of all my privileged identities within my positionality, and I am more than welcoming to conversations that name these dynamics.
My awareness of my social location is necessary to tend to how it impacts the therapeutic relationship. I hold a commitment to be consistent in my humility and respecting all lived experiences and movements towards liberation. I engage in critical self-reflection, open dialogue, and real accountability in order to show up as an affirming human, friend, and therapist.
